Payment Terms
How payments, fees, and payouts work.
Supporter platform fee
A 8% platform fee is added on top of each contribution. A $100 contribution totals $108 before any separately disclosed processing fees; the full $100 goes toward the bill. All fees are shown before confirmation. Payments are not live yet.
Requester activation
The first 20 people to activate requester profiles receive free activation, with one spot per person across the site. Once those spots are claimed, new requesters pay a one-time $1.00 activation fee before adding bills. This is not a per-post charge. Supporter profiles are free. Applicable tax is shown before payment. Activation does not guarantee approval or funding. Preview submissions remain test-only; free activation remains valid when live posting becomes available.
Verification before payout
Funds are never released before required identity, expense, and recipient verification.
Progress
Funding progress only updates from confirmed transactions.
