CoverMyBill operates as a neutral platform only. We are not responsible for the people on the platform or for what they do, post, or claim. Information shared by users — including stories, names, and requests — is user-provided and not verified or endorsed by us.
Fake accounts and fraud
We do not tolerate fake accounts or fraud. Accounts we suspect of being fake or fraudulent are immediately and permanently banned, and related data may be retained and shared with authorities where required.
What we collect
Only what's needed: account details, request content, and verification documents you choose to upload.
Private documents
Supporting documents are stored privately and visible only to you and authorized reviewers. Account numbers, addresses, and barcodes are never shown publicly.
Payment data
We never store raw card details. Payments are handled by an approved payment provider.
