How refunds and cancellations work.
Fraud and errors
If a request is found to be fraudulent, or a payment was made in error, eligible contributions may be refunded through the payment provider.
Partially funded requests
Contributions toward partially funded requests are applied to the verified expense or paid out to the verified recipient under our payout rules. Unclaimed funds are handled as described in the Payment Terms.
