A neutral platform
CoverMyBill is strictly a neutral platform that connects requesters and supporters. We do not create, endorse, or verify the people, requests, or stories on the platform, and we are not responsible for the people who use it or for their actions, statements, or conduct — online or offline. You interact with other users entirely at your own risk.
No responsibility for user actions
We make no representations about any user's identity, honesty, or intentions. Any disputes, losses, or harm arising from interactions between users are solely between those users.
Fraud and fake accounts
Fake accounts, impersonation, fabricated requests, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. Suspected fake or fraudulent accounts will be immediately and permanently banned, and may be reported to authorities where required.
Voluntary contributions
Contributions are voluntary gifts. Supporters receive no goods, services, or ownership in return.
No guarantee
Posting a request does not guarantee funding. We may remove requests that violate our guidelines.
Eligibility
Users must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.
